LandlordByHand provides general information about landlord notice deadlines and document templates. It is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

The free checker computes a serve date from the facts you enter and the rules in its dataset, stamped with the date those rules were checked. Statutes change, local ordinances add requirements, and court calendars observe holidays this site does not enumerate — serve early, and confirm any deadline a case turns on against the current statute or with a licensed attorney in your state.

The Notice Kit is a one-time purchase of digital documents and tools, delivered on the kit page shown after payment. Because the kit is delivered in full on delivery, choose it after running the free checker.

You may use the kit’s documents for your own rental properties. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the kit’s text as a competing product.
